I challenged myself to make a fully working and functioning 10 channel temperature logger as fast as I could. It took me 5 hours to create the circuit and PCB. During this time I added an additional user interface, a real-time clock and other sensors/interfaces. The system is all control with an ESP32
While the PCB was getting manufactured, I could start work on the software. This took me much longer than I first thought. Feature creeping and bugs throughout the library I was using. It could days to get a good user interface working with all the sensors displaying and recording to an SD card or USB.
