This machine is proof of concept design. It is a very simple machine to make an object vibrate a set frequency/speed. the machine uses an offset axle to convert a rotational movement to a linear movement. the objective was to see how high the frequency can go and where the problems could be. A Nema17 were chosen for this test because of how easy it can be to set up and control. GN12 linear rails were chosen to give the machine its structure/base and creates the linear movement needed for the machine to vibrate. The axle has an offset of 1mm which give 2mm vibrating range.
